IT support job description The IT Support team maintains the computer networks of all types of organisations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.

Assist Help Desk customers with troubleshooting of computer related issues such as virus removal/password resets/email setup/software installs. Provide superior customer service to all Help desk patrons, support personnel, and fellow employees.

The IT support engineer will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will provide back up and support to the IT manager. The position is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems and Microsoft Exchange environment plus general maintenance of all IT-related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and activities.
